Grand Lido Negril Weddings

1. 48 hours residence (2 working days at resort)
2. Wedding must take place on the premises of Grand Lido Negril
3. Complimentary Weddings/Renewals require a 3 night minimum paid reservation.
4. Notarized photocopies or Certified copies of both birth certificates with father’s name or a  notarized copy of a Passport .
5. .      If divorced, notarized photocopy/copies of the final divorce decree(s)
6. .      If widowed, notarized photocopy/copies of the death certificate for deceased spouse
7.       A blood test is NOT required.
 
        All documents listed above must be in English.

Notarized documents must be sent to the resort 21 days prior to clients’ arrival with the Wedding Couples Information form to the attention of the Wedding Coordinator.

Wedding are performed between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday to Saturday
The Marriage will be honored worldwide
If you do not qualify for the free wedding, charge is $750 and $500 for vow renewals.
The ceremony lasts 10-15 minutes, followed by the signing of the marriage certificate. 
You will then proceed to a mini reception with cake and house champagne. 
Total time is approximately half hour. 
Time may vary according to your requirements.
Arrangement can be made for Elaborate Décor and Themes at an extra cost

12 – 5” x 7” photos, plus CD & photo album -  U$180
24 – 5” x 7” photos, plus CD &  photo album – U$280
36 – 5” x 7” photo,  plus CD & photo album – U$380

Color prints will be delivered the following day and videocassettes will be delivered within two business days, a photo album with Resort logo is included.
 
Each session allows up to two hours continuous on location. If any additional time is required, or callbacks at a later date to fulfill any unused time left of the first two hours of shoot time will be billed at a rate of $100.00 per hour (including $50.00 worth of extra print) and a cost of $125.00 per hour for Videotaping.
 
VIDEOGRAPHY

This includes professional editing with selected musical soundtrack. 
Couples may bring their own CD or Audiotapes for inclusion.
Payment is due in full prior to the start of the job.

Any documents being sent to the hotel MUST be legible and certified (original) or notarized (photo copy) by a notary public.
 
Documents should be copied and then notarized.  Please do not photo copy documents after they have been notarized.
Faxed documents are not accepted.
Please send documents via Federal Express or UPS, do not send via regular or express mail.
Documents will not be returned; please do not send originals unless you have other copies.
Documents are to be sent to the hotel at least 3-4 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Any correspondence to SuperClubs/hotel regarding weddings must include the names of the bride and groom and the wedding date and time.
Please fully complete Wedding Couple’s Information Form legibly.  Please type or print information.

Wedding location may be chosen on arrival at the hotel.
Payment for the photographer/videographer is due on arrival.  Forms of payment accepted are:  cash, Visa or MasterCard.  American Express and personal checks are not accepted.
Dress code:  No nudity or bathing suits allowed
Wedding passes are US$120.00 per person for guests from off the property and are valid for eight (8) hours.  This is not negotiable.  All passes are to be paid for by the day of the wedding.  This pass allows 40 or less guests from off property to dine in the formal dining room with the wedding couple.  If there are more than 20 guests, you may have a private sit-down dinner from a set menu. 
The couple will receive a temporary (uncertified) copy of their marriage certificate after the ceremony. This is just to say where, when and by whom you were married.  It cannot do any legal name change.
Certified copies of marriage certificates will be mailed to the couple approximately 6- 12 months after the ceremony (counting from the end of the month in which the ceremony took place.)

Failure to comply with any of the above will delay the processing of the marriage license application which may force us to reschedule or cancel the wedding.

If the wedding couple chooses to get married on a Monday and will arrive on a Saturday they will not meet with the wedding coordinator before the morning of their wedding since the wedding department is closed on Sundays.

Please be advised that the wedding coordinator only makes manicure and            pedicures appointments for the wedding couples unless otherwise requested whenever there are more than two person in the wedding party.  If not requested in advance then their guests will make their own appointments depending availability.
              
 Piacere Restaurant is our five star  gourmet restaurant which requires reservations.  Reservation is always made in advance for the wedding couple or wedding group not exceeding 10 depending on availability.  The largest table in this restaurant can only seat six (6) guests.  Should there be more, everyone will be seated at different tables close to each other.  PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A FORMAL DINING ROOM JACKETS ARE REQUIRED FOR MEN; NO SNEAKERS OR SANDALS ALLOWED.  NO EXCEPTION WILL BE MADE.

The French Restaurant is closed on Mondays and Fridays

A maximum of 40 guests (who are staying at another resort) can be accommodated at a wedding pass Rate of US$120.00 per person valid for eight (8) hours from the hour of the wedding. 
Children under 16 are not allowed.
Should your wedding group requires a private function a per person fee will be charged.
This fee is non-negotiable. 
All private functions attract a fee.
