Couples Resorts All Inclusive Jamaica Wedding Packages |

All Inclusive Jamaica Wedding Packages are FREE at Couples Swept Away, Couples Negril, Couples Sans Souci and Couples Tower Isle. You can book any room category. You must stay at least 3 nights. Choose your favorite setting in the tropical gardens, or one of the wedding gazebos or get married right on the beach. For a fee, you can even have your very own private island at Couples Tower Isle. Upon check-in at the resort, you will receive a pre-set appointment time that the wedding coordinator has scheduled for you. At this interview you'll finalize the location, the extras and all the details.
 The ceremony usually takes about 15 to 20 minutes with commonly used vows. You may not modify or write your own vow exchange. You can add your own short exchange that has a special meaning to you. After the ceremony you will sign the marriage license with the minister. After the signing your cake and champagne reception begins. If you have chosen a photography package, after the reception the photographer will take you around the property for your photo shoot.
A $200 processing fee is mandatory and not included. Secret Rendezvous packages do not qualify for the free wedding package.

 Blood tests are not required.
Any non-English document must be notarized and translated professionally into English. Documents must be received in Couples Resorts Florida office no later than 30 days prior to your wedding. Documents received later than 30 days prior incur a $150 late fee. If you have any issues with getting a notarized copy of your birth certificate, you can order one online at vitalchek.com for around $15.
Your wedding is a legal marriage. The marriage license takes 12 to 16 weeks for you to receive. You’ll receive 2 copies. You will receive a temporary license after the ceremony. Expediting service are not available at this time. You can purchase extra copies at $25 each.

How to Book a Couples Resort Wedding Package |
|
 We make it very simple for you.
First book your travel package online or over the phone. Do not pay your deposit yet, just put a complimentary 24 hour hold on your reservation.
Second, reserve your wedding date and time, which requires a $200 deposit at time of reservations. Again, you can do this online or call.
You need to coordinate these first 2 steps, and then you’re practically finished.
Third, make a deposit on your travel package.
Fourth, send in the necessary paperwork.
Fifth, pay your package in full 45 days prior. Feel free to spread out your payments or pay in one lump sum.
You are now finished. All you have to do is show up and say "I Do".
Upon your arrival to your chosen Couples Resort in Jamaica, you will have an appointment with the resort wedding coordinator. At this appointment, you will confirm all of your chosen options and finalize any last details.

Groups and Guests at Couples Resorts Weddings |
|
 Couples Resorts can accommodate adult, couples-only groups up to 100 people. At least 50% of wedding guests must be staying at the same Couples Resorts as the bride and groom.
Call for specific group benefits such as group room discounts and banquet and reception facilities. Group benefits start at 10 rooms.
Family and friends (18 years and older) staying at a different resort may attend the ceremony by purchasing a ceremony-only pass, or a half-day or full-day pass. Please note if you plan to have more than 5 couples attend your wedding from off-property, advance permission from the General Manager is required.
Payment for the wedding guest passes will be collected upon their arrival.
• Ceremony Only Pass – $50
• Half Day Pass [10:00 am - 6:00 pm] – $100
• Full Day Pass [10:00 am - 11:30 pm] – $200
• Evening Pass [6:00 pm - 1:00 am] – $100
If purchasing a ceremony pass, the ceremony pass allows a maximum stay of 2 hours and you are welcome to arrive 30 minutes prior to the wedding.
Children are not allowed to stay at Couples Resorts. Due to liabilities, Couples Resorts are unable to make any exceptions to this rule. Subject to the approval of the General Manager, children may attend a wedding as guests for the ceremony and photographs only. A charge of USD $40 is required for each child. After the wedding ceremony and photographs the children must leave the resort.
In order to maintain the intimate atmosphere at restaurants that require reservations, a maximum of 10 people may be pre-booked together. Please submit all names to our wedding concierge no later than 30 days in advance.
Larger wedding parties may be offered the following options:

Reserve a private dinner at $95 per person plus a $200 set up fee, locations vary by resort, your private reception will include a beautiful buffet-style dinner, wait staff and a full bar.

Reserve a section in one of our larger restaurants that can accommodate your group and order from a set menu.
If you would like to have a private cocktail party, cocktails and appetizers are available at a cost of $15 (cold) or $20 (hot) per person.

 Sundresses and shorts are acceptable. Swimwear is not allowed.
We recommend you hand carry your wedding dress on the plane. Just check-in early and let them know you are carrying the dress on the plane. The resorts are not able to accept shipments, so you can not ship your dress ahead of time. The resorts can arrange to steam your dress. Dress steaming starts at $20 and up depending on the dress.
If you chose to wear a tuxedo, rent at home and take them with you.

 A two-tier cake is provided complimentary for up to 10 persons. You can chose chocolate, vanilla or Jamaican fruit cake.
Jamaican fruit cake is a heavy cake that has preserved fruits such as raisins and cherries, wine and Jamaican rum, lots of rum. Please let your wedding coordinator know if you would like to sample the standard wedding cakes offered and if time permits she can arrange it.
For the toast, you can chose complimentary from sparkling wine, non-alcoholic cider or your choice from the bar.

Miscellaneous |

 You will be given a temporary license after the wedding ceremony. Most offices, such as social security and the driver's license office will not accept this for your name change. You'll have to wait for your official license.
If your friend is a minister, he or she can definitely be a part of your ceremony; however the on-site minister is required to pronounce you man and wife.
Special arrangements can be made for double weddings and double vow renewal ceremonies. Each request must be approved in advance.
 You may choose your wedding location before you arrive, however if you are undecided you may wait until you arrive at the resort to see the available locations first.
Rehearsals are $75 and will have to be conducted before 4:00 p.m. They will be scheduled according to the availability of the wedding coordinators.
You can bring your own decorations. Please let the wedding coordinator know what you are bringing, and she will help you with the arrangements.
Register your wedding or honeymoon with us today. You can register for free and your family and friends can either contribute to your stay at Couples Resorts or treat you to your favorite extras. Additional features include creating a wedding website and online photo album.
