Let’s start with the best beaches. Sandals Resorts were made for beach lovers. These are my 6 favorites. All Sandals Resorts are beachfront on beautiful beaches, but in my opinion, these 6 resorts are the best.

• Sandals Barbados next door to Sandals Royal Barbados, you have full exchange privileges between both resorts
• Sandals Grande Antigua The best of the 366 beaches in Antigua, Dickenson Bay
• Sandals Grande St Lucian The best beach in St Lucia, great for beach bums and water sports enthusiasts
• Sandals South Coast 2 miles of private beach, with an over the water bar, over the water wedding chapel and over the water honeymoon suites
• Sandals Royal Bahamian 2 beautiful beaches, 1 in front of the resort and 1 on your own private island

All Sandals Resorts are beachfront on nice beaches, but these are the best beaches in my opinion. I tried to narrow the list to less than 6, but I couldn’t leave any of these beaches out.

If you plan to honeymoon for 5 nights or less, we recommend the resorts that are the easiest to get to.

For short stays we recommend you consider the Sandals Resorts in Jamaica or the Bahamas. Did you know Jamaica is closer to Los Angeles than Hawaii is?

If you want to put a few more hours on the beach, Sandals Montego Bay, Sandals Royal Caribbean and Sandals Royal Bahamian are close to the airport, so you don’t lose much time between the airport and the resort.

• Sandals Saint Vincent, untouched natural Caribbean beauty, waterfalls, rainforest and dozens of tiny islands close by to visit

Explore Grenada

If you want to explore 2 islands, it’s easy to island hop between Saint Vincent, St Lucia, Barbados, Antigua and Curacao.

6 of the Sandals Resorts include greens fees and transfers for golfers.

Sandals Ochi Beach and Sandals Royal Plantation are just 15 minutes from Jamaica’s Sandals Golf and Country Club. This 18 hole par 71 course is up in the hills of Ocho Rios. Sandals Dunn’s River is only 25 minutes away.

All 3 Sandals Resorts in St Lucia have access the 18 hole par 71 championship course at the Sandals St Lucia Golf & Country Club at Cap Estate, which has been remastered by Greg Norman. Sandals Grande St Lucian is only 15 minutes away. The other 2 are 30+ minutes depending on traffic.

I should mention that all Sandals Resorts include greens fees at these 2 Sandals Golf Courses, but transfers are not included and the courses are a long way away from all ther resorts, except these 6. Sandals Curacao is adjacent to a golf course, but the course is privately owned.
