For 11 – 20 rooms or up to 40 guests a rate of $3400 USD will apply, and for 21-25 rooms or up to 50 guests, a rate of $3850 USD will apply. For groups above 50 guests, each additional adult is $45, and at Beaches each additional child is $30.
